Although there is no single place to find a separate list of peer-reviewed publications, there are still a couple of tools that you can use. Keep in mind that another word for peer-review is refereed.

Many of the databases have a separate page for each journal that will tell you if a specific journal is peer-reviewed or not. Here is an example from Academic Search Premier.

Often, you can also limit the results to peer-reviewed publications. Here is an example also from Academic Search Premier, where you can limit a search to "Academic Journals."

Also, if you search Ulrich's Periodical Directory, you can see whether a specific journal is peer-reviewed.
